Can I share a Family plan with grandparents?: Yes — the Family plan works on any device. Grandparents can open a story in their browser without creating their own account.
What happens after the trial?: The Trial Pass is a one-time, 7-day pass with no auto-renew. When it ends, your access stops. You can then choose a subscription whenever you're ready.
Which payment methods do you accept?: On mobile (iOS and Android), you can pay through Apple Pay and Google Pay via in-app purchase. On the web in Saudi Arabia, we accept Moyasar. International card payments (Stripe) are coming soon.
Can I cancel any time?: Yes. Cancel from your account settings before the next billing date and you won't be charged again. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Do you offer school or library licensing?: Yes — we offer group licensing for schools and public libraries. Get in touch at hello@nighttales.app to discuss your needs.
Are stories really in 19 languages?: Yes. Every story in the catalog is narrated in all 19 languages: Arabic, English, French, Spanish, German, Portuguese, Turkish, Hindi, Urdu, Indonesian, Japanese, Italian, Chinese, Korean, Russian, Filipino, Malay, Bengali, and Persian.
