Refund & Cancellation Policy

Translations below are provided for convenience. The English and Arabic registered versions prevail.

Quick summary: Paid digital content (premium story access, narration unlocks, subscriptions) is delivered immediately on purchase. As such, all digital purchases are final and non-refundable, unless a refund is required by applicable law. Subscription cancellation stops future renewal, but access continues until the end of the paid period.

1. What you can buy

Story-Weaver currently offers (or, when payments are live, will offer):

  • One-off story unlocks — pay once, read forever.
  • Subscription access — read the full library while the subscription is active.
  • Optional audio narration add-ons.
  • Gift codes redeemable by a recipient.

Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) at checkout, before purchase, and on the invoice.

2. Cancellation and refund rule

  • Digital purchases: story purchases, gifts, narration access, and subscription periods are final and non-refundable after successful payment, unless required by applicable law.
  • Subscriptions: you can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future renewal only.
  • Remaining access: after cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid subscription period. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for partial periods.

3. Technical failure on our side

If purchased content cannot be delivered or accessed due to a technical issue on our end, our priority is to restore the service:

  • Restored access at no extra cost.
  • Replacement access or service credit when restoration is not practical.
  • Refund only if legally required or if Digital Intelligence explicitly approves an exception in writing.

4. Gift codes

  • Gift-code purchases are digital purchases and are non-refundable after successful payment, unless required by applicable law.
  • Once a gift code is redeemed, it cannot be transferred, cancelled, or refunded.
  • If a gift code expires unused, contact support. We may re-issue a replacement code at our discretion.

5. Disputes and complaints

If you believe a purchase was made in error, or content has a genuine defect (not personal taste), contact support within 30 days of purchase:

Our commitments: first reply within 7 business days · resolution within 21 business days at most.

6. Refunds for erroneous charges

In the rare case that your card is charged without service being rendered (payment-gateway error, duplicate charge), contact us immediately with the transaction reference. We will investigate and correct confirmed billing errors according to applicable law and payment-provider rules.

7. Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with jurisdiction in the competent courts of Al-Khobar. Consumers may also file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce via the "Commercial Report" channel.
