1. Service description
Story-Weaver is a digital service that provides a curated library of illustrated storybooks across multiple languages. The library is produced in advance by our content team; users browse, read, and save stories from their account.
2. Account requirements
- You must be 18 years or older to create an account.
- You are responsible for the security of your account credentials.
- One account per natural person. Sharing credentials is not permitted.
3. Purchases and payment
Prices are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR) before purchase, at checkout, and on the invoice. We currently accept Mada, Visa, and Mastercard via a SAMA-licensed payment gateway; on mobile, in-app purchases go through Apple and Google.
An electronic invoice compliant with Saudi ZATCA e-invoicing requirements is issued at purchase and is available from your dashboard.
If you cancel a subscription, cancellation stops future renewal. Your paid access continues until the end of the current paid period.
4. Refund policy (summary)
All digital story purchases, gift purchases, narration access, and subscription periods are final and non-refundableafter successful payment, unless required by applicable law. If a technical failure on our side prevents access, we will restore access or provide replacement access where practical. See our Refund & Cancellation Policyfor full details.
5. Story content
Stories in the catalogue are for personal use only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or sell them. The library is curated from public-domain folklore and original content created by Story-Weaver, illustrated and narrated by our content team in advance.
Content is reviewed before publication and aligned with Islamic values and Saudi cultural standards.
6. Prohibited uses
- Any use that violates Saudi laws or public-decency / Islamic-values standards.
- Reselling, redistributing, or commercially exploiting catalogue content.
- Attempting to breach the Service, bypass usage limits, scrape the catalogue, or abuse credits.
- Sharing or transferring account credentials.
6.A Intellectual property
All catalogue content is original artwork inspired by public-domain folklore or original creative works. Story-Weaver does not reference trademarked or copyrighted characters from any studio, including but not limited to Disney, Pixar, DreamWorks, Marvel, Star Wars, and similar protected intellectual property.
